WHAT ARE THE KENT PRESS & BROADCAST AWARDS?
Now in its sixth year, the Kent Press & Broadcast Awards (KPBA) is an awards scheme for the county's media.
Whether you work in print, online, radio or TV, this is your chance to be recognised for the hard work you put in. Think of it as a reward for all those hours spent sitting in council meetings hoping to get a scoop.
Organised by Maxim, a leading South East PR, marketing and public affairs agency, the awards feature 15 categories judged by an independent panel of editorial experts, culminating in a presentation ceremony at The Spitfire Ground St Lawrence, Canterbury, on Friday 10 July 2020.
HOW TO ENTER
It's simple and completely free. More information will be available shortly.
An independent panel of judges will assess each entry. Maxim will not be involved in the judging process (how could we choose between all our favourite journalists?!).
The winners will be presented with their awards at a ceremony on Friday 10 July 2020. The full results will be published on this site and announced as they happen on Twitter - follow #KPBA.
